In October 1999 I moved from Clarksburg Massachusetts to San Francisco California, retired my worn out Subaru hatchback and bought myself a bran new Kawasaki KLR 650 dualsport motorcvcle...
and then it began...
little did I know where I would end up...(many states throughout the U.S., parts of Canada, Baja, Mexico, Ireland, Scotland, England, Whales, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Andora)
and where I have yet to travel too... (Alaska, Russia, Mongolia and where ever else I may wander)

Well, since then some things have changed... I started with a single cylinder motorcycle, carried my gear in a back pack and strapped the tent and sleeping bag to the luggage rack...dressed in basic clothes with minimal riding gear... and just went where ever my senses took me.
These days I surprisingly enjoy many of the comforts I never thought I would possess... a v-twinn engine modern go anywhere mega dualsport motobike, hard cases/luggage, high output lighting, heated grips and vest, gps and gps tracking/emergency beacon, powered this and that,...and all the proper motorcycle gear for protection and comfort in all weather conditions...
Some things haven't changed though, I still go where my senses take me...over there, up there, around there, and/or to the top of there!
